A few AR teachers had asked for some easy, art history resources so I have made a quick list of a few sites, books, and apps that I have found useful.  This is far from comprehensive but I think would be more than enough to get someone started.  Hopefully it can be a bit helpful and as always, feel free to comment below with additional suggestions!

My kids really loved seeing this video last year. It was great hearing them guess who he was painting!  It helps them see that art can be interactive and fun; that it doesn’t just have to be done one way.

Great website for Arts Integrated Learning

While searching for ways to create pitched percussion instruments, I stumbled across this fantastic website that links music to math, science, and social studies (primarily).  If you are interested in creating collaborative arts experiences with other teachers at your school, or if you are a classroom teacher who wants to do an exciting project that incorporates art and music, CHECK THIS OUT!
